1. Bookings & Deposits

• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with at least 7 days’ notice (subject to availability).

2. Payments

• The remaining balance is due by the date of your event (unless otherwise stated on your invoice).

• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or other agreed method.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits cannot be refunded.

• With at least 7 days’ notice, we’re happy to reschedule your booking to another available date.

• If we need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Workshops & Parties

• Prices include all materials, tools, and firing in our kiln (unless otherwise stated).

• Minimum and maximum participant numbers apply and will be agreed at the time of booking.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

5. Clay & Kiln Disclaimer

• Pottery is a natural and unpredictable process. Small cracks, warping, or glaze variations are normal and part of the handmade charm.

• We do our best to ensure your work survives each stage, but we cannot guarantee every piece will make it through the kiln.

6. Collection of Finished Work

• Finished pieces will usually be ready within 2–3 weeks after your event.

• You’ll be contacted when your work is ready for delivery.

7. Health & Safety

• Clay and tools should be used responsibly. Please follow any guidance given during your session.

• We cannot accept responsibility for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during workshops or parties.

8. Photography & Promotion

• We may take photographs during events for use on our website and social media.

• If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know at the start of your session.
